This is a very simple breakfast or dinner item.We can make it immediately if we dont have mood to cook.
Ingredients:
- Oats-3 cup
- Wheat rava -1 1/2 cups
- Yogurt - 4 1/2 cups
- Salt - according to tast
- Oil-little
Method:
- Dry roast the oats and the rava separetly.
- Grind the oats,rava,yogurt,salt together using Mixer
- Grease idli moulds and place spoonfuls of this mixture into each mould and steam for about 6 to 7 minutes.
- Remove each idli and serve with sambar or chutney
